Stanislav Semeon Babiuk

Born March 21, 1935 in the Grimeshti area of Brichani, Moldova.

Education
1942 - 1954 Elementary and Secondary education.
1954 - 1958 Army Service while concurrently studying painting
(figure studies) at the All-Union House of National Creativity,
under N.K.Krupskaia and N.T.Sorokina (Moscow).
1958 - 1963 studied painting at the Republican Art School
in Kishinev under I.E.Repina, teachers Taburtsa I.V., Vasiljev A.A.

Professional Activities and Awards

1963 - 1967 Teacher at the Children's Art School, Schiusev, Kishinev.
1967 - 1995 Teacher of figure, painting and composition of
landscapes at a branch of the Republican Art School in Kishinev,
under I.E.Repina (after A.Plemedjale).(Recognized for excellence at
the Ministry of Culture, the Veteran of Work).
1996 - 2005 Teacher at the Republican Art Lyceum under I.Vieru.

1957 – Present Participated in City, Republican, All-Union
and many foreign Art exhibitions.

1971 – Present Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR and Moldova,
a member of the International Federation of Artists.
Landscapes acquired by the Ministry of Culture of Republic Moldova,
Art Museum of Republic Moldova, and as galleries and many private
collections in Moldova, Russia, England, USA, Italy, Israel, Holland
and the other countries of the CIS.
